The Forge is an indispensable workstation in 7 Days to Die allowing players to craft essential items like armor weapons and tools While you can find Forges scattered across the map particularly in Trader Outposts the ability to craft and place one near your base is crucial for efficient survival Many players mistakenly believe that once a Forge is placed it s permanently fixed However this isn t the case With a few specific conditions met you can easily pick up and relocate your Forge 7 Days to Die How to pick up the ForgeTo successfully pick up your Forge follow these steps and ensure all conditions are met Launch the game and enter your server world Ensure the Forge is within your Land Claim Block s active area This is a critical requirement If the Forge is outside your claimed territory you will not have the option to pick it up Land Claim Blocks are easily craftable and create a green radius when placed indicating your claimed area Fully repair the Forge The Forge must be at 100 durability If it has any damage you ll need to repair it using the appropriate materials stone clay forged iron etc before you can pick it up Empty the Forge mostly Ideally the Forge should be completely empty of all materials and fuel However the game does allow a small exception you can pick up a Forge if it contains up to 10 units of each smelted material like iron clay lead etc Any more than this and you ll need to remove the excess materials This typically means crafting them into raw materials e g smelting iron ore into forged iron then crafting the forged iron back into raw iron if you don t need it for specific items You cannot directly pull molten materials out like from a regular inventory Go near the Forge Position yourself close enough to the Forge so that it becomes highlighted Access the radial menu Press and hold the E key or your designated interact key when looking at the Forge This will bring up a radial menu with #7DaystoDie #xboxplaygames
